Designed as a high-performance agentic AI MacOS app, PMC will take your high-level business objectives and delegate them across a structured agent hierarchy. A CEO agent will be breaking goals into department-level tasks. Specialist agents will be writing code, managing databases, running terminal commands, conducting market research, and handling communications — all in parallel, all without you. By leveraging a hybrid stack of frontier models and local open-source LLMs, PMC will be delivering the operational throughput of a multi-agent AI company, at a fraction of the cost of a real team. Project Mycelium Cipher will be the platform that lets you build a Vibe Company. Just like you use bolt.new or Claude Code to vibe-code an app, you will use PMC to vibe-run a company. PMC will orchestrate specialized AI agents across engineering, product, design, data science, marketing, finance, legal, and operations — each functioning within a defined corporate hierarchy. You give PMC a goal. PMC will build the company that achieves it.
PMC will run on a multi-layer orchestration model. A CEO agent will receive high-level objectives and delegate tasks to department-level agents, who will spawn and manage specialized sub-agents. Complex reasoning tasks will route to frontier cloud models. Routine and operational tasks will run on locally hosted LLMs to minimize cost and latency. Agents will share memory through a persistent vector store and communicate via a structured inter-agent protocol.
PMC agents will browse the web, write and execute code, manage files, control desktop applications, run terminal commands, conduct research, draft and send communications, analyze data, and make operational decisions — all without human input. The system will be designed to complete end-to-end business workflows, not just isolated tasks.
By design, PMC will operate autonomously within defined boundaries. It will escalate to the human operator only for high-stakes decisions: budget allocation, credential access, or actions flagged by its compliance layer. All other decisions will be handled internally by the agent hierarchy.
PMC will use a hybrid model stack. Frontier models (Claude, GPT-4-class) will handle complex reasoning and strategic planning. Locally hosted open-source models via Ollama and LM Studio will handle routine operations — keeping costs near zero for the majority of workload. Model selection will be dynamic, based on task complexity and cost thresholds.
It will be a commercial product. PMC is under active development by TANGENIX Pvt. Ltd. as a deployable MacOS application with a mobile control interface. The final release will be a fully functional Vibe Company operating system — not a prototype or an academic exercise.
