INTRODUCING PROJECT MYCELIUM CIPHER
TheCompanyThatRunsItself.
A fully autonomous AI agent system — CEO, engineering, design, finance, legal — operating without a human in the loop.
The Neural Matrix
A swarm of specialist agents operating in perfect digital synchrony.
What if a company didn't need humans to run it?
PMC is not a tool. It's an organism.
Receive
The CEO agent picks up a task via Telegram or the dashboard. No human needs to translate it.
Spawn
The CEO breaks the task into sub-tasks and instantiates specialist agents — engineering, design, research, legal.
Execute
Agents control the browser, terminal, and apps directly. They work like a human would, but without stopping.
Learn
Every session is logged. The Hermes loop reviews performance and rewrites agent instructions to improve over time.
Be Among the First.
PMC is in closed development. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when early access opens.
Questions.
Project Mycelium Cipher is an autonomous AI operating system structured as a full-scale company. It orchestrates specialized AI agents across engineering, product, design, data science, marketing, finance, legal, and operations — each functioning within a defined corporate hierarchy. PMC doesn't assist humans. It replaces entire workflows.
PMC runs on a multi-layer orchestration model. A CEO agent receives high-level objectives and delegates tasks to department-level agents, who spawn and manage specialized sub-agents. Complex reasoning tasks route to frontier cloud models. Routine and operational tasks run on locally hosted LLMs to minimize cost and latency. Agents share memory through a persistent vector store and communicate via a structured inter-agent protocol.
PMC agents can browse the web, write and execute code, manage files, control desktop applications, run terminal commands, conduct research, draft and send communications, analyze data, and make operational decisions — all without human input. The system is designed to complete end-to-end business workflows, not just isolated tasks.
By design, PMC operates autonomously within defined boundaries. It escalates to the human operator only for high-stakes decisions: budget allocation, credential access, or actions flagged by its compliance layer. All other decisions are handled internally by the agent hierarchy.
PMC uses a hybrid model stack. Frontier models (Claude, GPT-4-class) handle complex reasoning and strategic planning. Locally hosted open-source models via Ollama and LM Studio handle routine operations — keeping costs near zero for the majority of workload. Model selection is dynamic, based on task complexity and cost thresholds.
It is a product. PMC is being built by TANGENIX Pvt. Ltd. as a deployable MacOS application with a mobile control interface. The goal is a fully functional autonomous business operating system — not a prototype or an academic exercise.
