Who This Applies To

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Project Mycelium Cipher waitlist page and any related communications operated by TANGENIX Pvt. Ltd. ("TANGENIX," "we," "us," "our").

By joining the waitlist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

What the Waitlist Is

The PMC waitlist is a pre-launch interest list. Joining the waitlist:

• Does not guarantee access to the product
• Does not constitute a purchase, contract, or service agreement
• Does not create any obligation on TANGENIX to deliver a product by any specific date

We are under no obligation to launch PMC, and the product's features, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

What You're Agreeing To

By submitting your email to the waitlist, you agree to:

• Receive periodic emails about PMC development, early access invites, and launch announcements
• Our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Not using the waitlist page for any unlawful, abusive, or spammy purpose

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Intellectual Property

Everything on the PMC website — including the name "Project Mycelium Cipher," the branding, design, copy, and concept — is the intellectual property of TANGENIX Pvt. Ltd.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the site without written permission
• Use PMC's name, branding, or concept to create derivative products or services
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site via automated means

Disclaimer of Warranties

The waitlist page and all related content is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

TANGENIX does not warrant that:

• The site will be available at all times or error-free
• The product described will ship with any specific features or timeline
• Information on the site is accurate, complete, or current

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TANGENIX and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the waitlist page
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity related to the product's development or delay
• Any third-party actions or content linked from the site

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed ₹0, as no purchase or payment is involved at this stage.

The PMC site may link to third-party tools, platforms, or resources. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Links are provided for convenience only.

Changes to the Product

PMC is in active development. We reserve the right to:

• Change, add, or remove features at any time
• Rename, rebrand, or reposition the product
• Cancel the project entirely

Waitlist members will be informed of any major changes via email.

Termination

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the waitlist at our discretion, including for abuse, spam, or any other behavior we determine to be harmful to the community or platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

If you are an international user, you agree that Indian law governs this relationship, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
